With a background in management, HR and Customer Service Elaine loves working with people and their animals. With quite a line up at home – 3 children, 3 dogs and 2 cats, when she’s not at work she is either walking her dogs, attacking the garden or completing the latest home DIY project.

Another very familiar face and voice for most of our clients. Tracey has been here for 6 years. She is a devoted Labrador owner (soon to be adding to the brood!) and spends most of her spare time with him or travelling down to see her grandchildren in Cornwall.

Always a friendly face - it feels like Deborah has been here for ever – actually 19 years now! When not at work Deborah can be found out walking her gorgeous dogs or tackling the latest project in her garden or even getting involved in some furniture upcycling.

Sarah started here in 2011 - left us to have her boys, but liked us so much that she came back!! Sarah has a busy family life which she shares with her two bunnies. When she has time to herself Sarah loves swimming, reading and gardening – and just being on her own! Sarah is responsible for most of the administration around the Happy Pets Club.

Ione’s background in medicine and law has helped her transition into the veterinary world. When not at work Ione loves to walk in the countryside and in more inclement weather conditions she is a prolific reader. Talk to her about consciousness and she will blow your mind.

Lorraine hails from Cape Town and moved to the UK during early 2019. She settled in Tonbridge, being within easy travelling from her two adult children. Lorraine is a passionate bibliophile and always have to have a book by her side. She really enjoy cooking and likes to experiment with cuisines from all around the globe. Her other passions in life are travel, theatre, exploring galleries, museums and historic houses.
