Very professional and good service, dealing with my daughter’s dog quickly, relieving his painful paw straight away. Good follow up treatment too and friendly and helpful reception staff. Altogether a veterinary practice I am happy to recommend.
Our team are proud of our communities and our place within them, and that responsibility doesn’t end when we step outside our practices or close the door at home.
We are passionate about doing our bit to make the world a better place, from planet-conscious environmental initiatives to helping to build a respect for animals with local schools and Scout groups.
There’s so much more that we do, big and small, for no other reason than it’s the right thing to do. We like to think that’s a reflection on our approach to caring for our patients, too.
Doing our bit for the future
Our industry has a lot of work to do to adapt to the future and to reduce our impact on the environment as far as possible, and we want to be at the forefront of that conversation.
We generate our own medical grade oxygen on site, recycle cat food pouches, only use biodegradable litter, and much of the industry is only just catching up with a switch to low flow anaesthesia, which we made over a decade ago.
As well as this, we are proud to be a part of VetBees, turning many of our outdoor spaces and flat roofs into wildflower gardens to encourage nature to thrive.
To find out more about our environmental initiatives or to suggest more ways that we can make a difference, please speak to your practice team.
Giving back to the local community
Our practices in Allington, Borough Green, Langley Park, Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and West Malling share our Pennard spirit, but are very much centred on the communities they serve.
All of our teams take great pride in giving back.
We regularly give talks at local schools, whether that’s our Sevenoaks locals visiting Dunton Green Primary School, or team Allington paying a trip to Brunswick House.
We also hold educational events at our client evenings and with local, pet-friendly business groups, attend Scout meetings, and generally aim to do what we can, where we can, to make our corner of Kent a better place to live.
If you’d like us to attend an event or have an idea for how we can help, please speak to your practice team.
