Reception

With a background in management, HR and Customer Service Elaine loves working with people and their animals. With quite a line up at home – 3 children, 3 dogs and 2 cats, when she’s not at work she is either walking her dogs, attacking the garden or completing the latest home DIY project.

Sarah started here in 2011 – left us to have her boys, but liked us so much that she came back!! Sarah has a busy family life which she shares with her two bunnies. When she has time to herself Sarah loves swimming, reading and gardening – and just being on her own! Sarah is responsible for most of the administration around the Happy Pets Club.

Another very familiar face and voice for most of our clients. Tracey has been here for 6 years. She is a devoted Labrador owner (soon to be adding to the brood!) and spends most of her spare time with him or travelling down to see her grandchildren in Cornwall.

Ione’s background in medicine and law has helped her transition into the veterinary world. When not at work Ione loves to walk in the countryside and in more inclement weather conditions she is a prolific reader. Talk to her about consciousness and she will blow your mind.

Tanya is the newest member of our team and has come to us from a banking and customer service background. She enjoys the interaction with both the clients and their animals. Tanya loves all animals big and small, her favourite being her own tiny Maltese. When Tanya is not working she enjoys spending time with her grown up children, and travelling around the UK with her partner and their motorhome.
